Pepper prices in Binh Phuoc remained at VND 145,000/kg, unchanged from the previous session, while Dak Nong prices increased by VND 1,000/kg, reaching VND 145,000/kg.
Overall, with three out of five surveyed regions recording price increases, the pepper market today shows positive signs. The price increase in regions such as Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dak Lak and Dak Nong may stem from strong export demand, while the price decrease in Gia Lai may be due to excess supply or substandard pepper quality.
