Agribank Nam Giang supports the construction of 10 houses for poor households

(QNO) - On the morning of June 4, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Nam Giang District Branch coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Giang District to organize a social security sponsorship program in 2025.

At the program, Agribank Nam Giang District Branch and the District Fatherland Front Committee signed a memorandum of understanding to sponsor 10 houses for 10 poor households with a total cost of 600 million VND. Of which, Dac Pre commune has 5 houses; La Dee, La Ee, Cho Chun, Ca Dy communes and Thanh My town each have 1 house.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung - Director of Agribank Nam Giang District Branch said that social security work has always received special attention from the entire Agribank system. The social security program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses is one of many community activities that Agribank has implemented nationwide.

With this funding, Agribank Nam Giang District Branch hopes to join hands with the locality to complete the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. Of the 10 houses receiving funding, 7 have been completed, and the remaining 3 are striving to be completed by the end of June 2025.
