
Attending the event were representatives of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
This year, Michelin Guide announced a list of 181 award-winning restaurants in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, with 9 restaurants receiving 1 Michelin star (including 1 new restaurant and 1 upgraded restaurant), 63 restaurants receiving Bib Gourmand awards (9 new establishments) and 109 restaurants selected based on culinary quality (14 new establishments).
In Da Nang alone, La Maison 1888 restaurant (InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort) continues to maintain its 1 Michelin star title; Nen restaurant maintains its Michelin Green Star.
Among the 9 new dining establishments honored by Michelin for serving excellent food at affordable prices (Bib Gourmand), there are 4 establishments in Da Nang including: Banh Xeo 76, Bun Bo Hue Ba Thuong, Que Xua, Shamballa.
Regarding the list of restaurants that made it into the Michelin Selected category, there are 3 in Da Nang: Bep Cuon, Bun rieu cua 39, Moc.

Mr. Gwendal Poullennec - International Director of Michelin Guides said: This year we are very proud to witness the increase in the number of Michelin-starred dining establishments, and these establishments have talented chefs.
Many of them have returned to their roots, combining modern processing techniques to tell stories of their homeland and rediscover the flavors of their childhood.
At the same time, street food stalls, family-run eateries, and long-standing dining establishments still focus on preserving culinary traditions along with authenticity and passion.
