Previously, at around 1:10 p.m. on June 4, 2025, at the examination site of High School No. 2 (Xuan Giao Commune, Bao Thang District), Do Bao Phuoc, a permanent resident of Thong Nhat Commune, Lao Cai City - a 9A2 student of Thong Nhat Secondary School, was on his way from home to the examination site to take the entrance exam for grade 10 of high school when he dropped all his study materials and computer. After receiving the information, the traffic police team of Bao Thang District, under the Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department, quickly used a specialized vehicle to take Phuoc home to get the necessary items and continue taking the exam. After being assisted, Phuoc promptly arrived at the examination room on time.
At the same time, while protecting the exam site at High School No. 2 (in Xuan Giao Commune, Bao Thang District), Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 received information that Hoang Ngoc Ha, a resident of Thai Bo Village, Thong Nhat Commune, Lao Cai City - a 9A2 student at Thong Nhat Secondary School, had a broken down vehicle on the way to the exam site. The task force quickly dispatched a specialized vehicle to take Hoang Ngoc Ha to the exam site safely and on time.
Previously, the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) had developed a plan to ensure traffic safety for the exam and deployed it to each officer and soldier. Accordingly, in addition to ensuring traffic safety in the exam areas, the unit also increased coordination with other forces to help and support students to take the exam in a timely and safe manner.
