Leaders of Quang Nam Provincial Front give gifts to the elderly in Thang Binh

(QNO) - On the morning of June 4, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Van Mau and leaders of the Department of Health and Thang Binh district visited and wished longevity to the elderly in Thang Binh district on the occasion of the 84th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Elderly (June 6, 1941 - June 6, 2025).

The delegation visited and presented gifts to three elderly people who turned 100 years old: Nguyen Thi Hanh (Binh Nguyen commune), Phan Thanh, Le Thi Xuan Hoa (both in Binh Tu commune) and two elderly people who turned 90 years old: Cao Thi Thuc, Nguyen Dinh (both in Binh Trung commune).

Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Van Mau kindly asked about their health and daily life and wished them a happy and healthy life, continuing to be a shining example for their children and grandchildren.

Mr. Nguyen Van Mau also gave each 90-year-old a gift and 600,000 VND; each 100-year-old received a gift including 5 meters of silk and 1 million VND.
