Gasoline prices increase, RON95 exceeds 24,000 VND/liter

DNO - On the afternoon of March 21, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance adjusted the retail price of gasoline in the country. After the adjustment, an increase of 741 VND/liter, RON95 gasoline has a new selling price of 24,284 VND/liter.

RON95 gasoline price exceeded 24,000 VND/liter in the adjustment period on March 21.

Specifically, the price of RON92 gasoline increased by 729 VND/liter, to 23,219 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline increased by 741 VND/liter, with a selling price of 24,284 VND/liter.

Similarly, diesel increased by VND465/liter to VND21,014/liter; kerosene increased by VND560/liter to VND21,266/liter; fuel oil was sold at VND17,099/kg after increasing by VND667/kg.

In this price adjustment period, the joint ministries decided to set aside a fund to stabilize the price of gasoline and oil at 300 VND/kg for fuel oil; at the same time, the fund will not be used for all gasoline and oil products.

Thus, since the beginning of the year, gasoline and oil prices have increased 7 times and decreased 5 times. In total, each liter of RON95 gasoline is 2,370 VND higher; on average, oil prices are also 1,650 VND higher than at the beginning of the year.
