The first night race in Ho Chi Minh City turns four years old

This is the first and official night race held annually in Ho Chi Minh City from 2022. The tournament is a policy of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, organized by Unique Investment Trading Service Company Limited in coordination with the City Athletics Federation, the City Labor Culture Palace, under the chairmanship of the City Department of Culture and Sports .

This year, the tournament enters its fourth year with many interesting things. Specifically, the race will take place from May 17 to 18, 2025 with 3 main competition distances: 5km, 10km and 21km, expected to attract more than 4,000 domestic and foreign athletes.

The route is designed to take runners through iconic sites and the city's heritage.

The 21km distance will start at 11:55 pm on May 17, followed by the 10km distance at 0:20 am and the 5km distance at 0:35 am on May 18.

In addition to the final prize, the organizers also awarded prizes in many age groups and organized interesting competitions such as couples and team competitions to create more appeal and encourage wide participation from all subjects.

Many exciting activities

Not just a simple sporting event, the 4th Ho Chi Minh City Night Run - 2025 continues to be organized as a vibrant night festival for the running community.

In addition to the official activities, the event also has accompanying programs such as: "Shake Out Run" - warm-up run before the official competition, talk show series "Together We Run - Together We Share" - where athletes share their training and competition experiences, a vibrant expo area at night to connect with the community and the "Runner's Show" program for athletes who are passionate about music and performance.

A special highlight maintained throughout the seasons is the "Saigon Corner" culinary space - an area serving typical Saigon street food for athletes after completing the race.

This will be one of the cultural elements, leaving many deep impressions on participants.
