Dissolution of the National Steering Committee on the construction of special administrative-economic units

(Chinhphu.vn) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 1693/QD-TTg dated August 7, 2025 on dissolving the National Steering Committee on the construction of special administrative-economic units.

The Government temporarily suspended the planning of the Bac Van Phong Special Administrative- Economic Unit (Khanh Hoa province) from June 23, 2020.

Specifically, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh decided to dissolve the National Steering Committee on the construction of special administrative-economic units established under Decision No. 56/QD-TTg dated January 11, 2018 of the Prime Minister from August 7, 2025.

The Minister of Finance , the Minister of Home Affairs, members of the National Steering Committee on the construction of special administrative-economic units and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
