Luong Van Can Business Talent Award 2023 has found 20 finalists

(NADS) - 20 candidates have entered the final round of the Luong Van Can Business Talent Award 2023 and will participate in the "Business Talent" Training Program with many new opportunities, knowledge and experiences for students starting a business.

Luong Van Can Award is a competition for students organized by Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine, aiming to find and nurture students with passion, qualities and potential to become talented entrepreneurs in the future. Through 10 seasons, the program has connected more than 25,000 students with more than 100 successful entrepreneurs, providing them with valuable knowledge and practical experience, and awarded nearly 200 scholarships to students with excellent business plans.

According to Journalist Tran Hoang, Editor-in-Chief of Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Luong Van Can Talent Award: Unlike the previous 10 seasons of searching for startup projects, from now on the program will focus on "searching for people", students with business qualities, then nurturing them to become talented businessmen. The goal of the Luong Van Can Award competition is to foster high-quality human resources for society, creating a generation of talented and virtuous businessmen in the future to contribute to the sustainable economic development of the country.

Over the past 10 years, the organizing committee has seen many ideas and projects emerge but quickly become outdated or do not last long. Instead, the Luong Van Can Talent Award 2023 will seek out individuals with business qualities to nurture and honor. Only outstanding people can develop long-term, can quickly grasp market trends and come up with feasible business projects and ideas. The Luong Van Can Talent Certificate can be considered the first brand and will follow the contestants for life. When becoming entrepreneurs, if they do not comply with the business ethics (ie business ethics) according to the philosophy of the famous person Luong Van Can, the organizing committee will revoke the award. Accordingly, the 20 best candidates will be selected for the Final Round - Business Talent. They will participate in the "Business Talent" course. This is a 2-year course, including theory (business ethics, business knowledge, working skills and business thinking) and practice (internship on the business plan of the enterprise, creating and implementing the project from the candidate's own business idea). At the end of the training and skill practice course, candidates will go through the final round - defending the business project before the Luong Van Can Award Council. The "Luong Van Can Talent" certificate is granted based on two bases: the results of the 2-year study and training process, the results of the candidate's business project defense. The criteria, and also the qualities of "Luong Van Can Talent" are: Solid knowledge, good skills, red ethics, professional style.

Founded and organized since 2011 by Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine, through 10 seasons, Luong Van Can Talent Award has received the attention of universities and businesses and has connected more than 25,000 students nationwide with more than 100 successful entrepreneurs. The program has awarded nearly 200 scholarships worth more than 15 billion VND, which is the amount of money contributed by organizations and businesses accompanying the Magazine in the goal of nurturing talent for the team of entrepreneurs and managers.
