Representative of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment clarified some contents in the monitoring program.
– On the afternoon of August 3, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee led by Comrade Doan Thi Loan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee, supervised the implementation of legal provisions on the organization and performance of civil judgment enforcement tasks in the province for the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.
At the monitoring session, the representative of the provincial THADS Department reported on the organization and implementation of tasks in the province. Accordingly, in the past time, THADS work in the province has been implemented seriously, promptly, with focus and key points. The number of cases and money executed compared to the number of cases and money with basic conditions for execution basically met and exceeded the annual targets assigned by the sector. Coordination with relevant sectors continued to be maintained and promoted effectively.
Specifically, from December 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023, the Provincial Department of Administrative Procedures received a total of 4,799 cases, of which 1,809/3,147 cases with conditions for enforcement were resolved, reaching a rate of 57.4%; the total amount of money received was VND 2,076 billion, of which 250/1,481 billion with conditions for enforcement were resolved.
Members of the monitoring delegation raised the contents and requested the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment to clarify.
During the program, the delegation members requested the provincial THADS Department to clarify a number of contents including: causes and solutions for cases that have not been resolved, or have been resolved but have not been enforced, especially cases of great value related to credit and banking; advisory work for THADS steering committees at all levels; difficulties in coordinating the verification of conditions for enforcement, organizing enforcement of judgments; propaganda work on THADS laws in the province; issues of facilities, personnel work, etc.

Together with the Provincial THADS Department, representatives of relevant agencies such as the Provincial People's Court and the Provincial Branch of the State Bank also expressed their opinions to clarify further contents related to coordination in THADS work.

In his concluding remarks, the head of the monitoring delegation requested the provincial THADS Department to continue to innovate its management work; proactively grasp and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for the grassroots; focus on persuasion, but also resolutely apply enforcement in cases where the conditions are met but the parties resist and procrastinate; focus on personnel work; and strengthen the dissemination of laws on THADS.
Regarding the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, he proposed to review the operating regulations to promote the role of each member of the Steering Committee; develop specific plans to resolve complicated cases; advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to perform tasks within his authority; boldly propose that the Provincial Party Committee issue a specialized resolution to strengthen the leadership of the Party Committee over natural disaster prevention and control work in the area. He also requested relevant agencies within their functions and tasks to continue to strengthen coordination with the natural disaster prevention and control agency to improve the quality and effectiveness of natural disaster prevention and control work in the area.
