Meeting on the implementation of Decree No. 03/2019/ND-CP of the Government in the first 6 months of 2024

On July 16, at the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to implement Decree No. 03/2019/ND-CP of the Government on coordinating the implementation of tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes and national defense tasks in the first 6 months of 2024. In the first 6 months of the year, the provincial Police, Military, Border Guard forces and the 313 National Defense Economic Group have closely coordinated and seriously implemented Decree No. 03 of the Government. They have performed well the advisory role with the Party Committees and local authorities at all levels to direct the prevention, suppression and effective combat against the activities of hostile forces and all types of crimes, maintain political security and social order and safety, and perform well the national defense and military tasks in the locality. They have maintained and improved the quality of coordination and information exchange, ensuring unity among the forces, thereby making the coordination increasingly close and substantive in each field of work. All incidents related to security and national defense have been promptly and effectively coordinated to resolve, ensuring political , legal and foreign affairs requirements. During the implementation of tasks, the armed forces always receive the trust of departments, branches, organizations and the masses, thereby creating a stable environment to serve the socio-economic development of the province.

At the conference, delegates exchanged, discussed and evaluated the results achieved in the past time, and agreed on the contents of solutions to effectively implement the directions and tasks in the last months of 2024. In particular, continuing to proactively grasp the situation, exchange, check and verify information; advising the Party Committees and authorities at all levels to direct the armed forces to handle complicated situations regarding security and order right from the beginning and at the grassroots level, not allowing complicated developments and forming hot spots; coordinating to synchronously deploy peak periods of attacks and suppression of all types of crimes, especially crimes on the border; promoting propaganda and mobilizing people to participate in the movement of the whole people to protect national security... in order to firmly protect national sovereignty and security, ensure social order and safety and successfully complete national defense tasks in the province.
