On the morning of December 14, the first Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Border Defense Friendship Exchange officially began with a welcoming ceremony for the Lao and Cambodian delegations at the border junction landmark area ( Kon Tum province/Vietnam, Attapeu/Laos and Rattanakiri/Cambodia).

Organizing this activity contributes to strengthening political trust, building friendship and solidarity, promoting substantive cooperation between the border protection forces of the three countries, local authorities and people in the border areas, thereby contributing to building a peaceful , friendly, stable, cooperative and developing Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia border; conveying the message of solidarity, friendship and mutual support between the Governments, armies and people of the three countries.
