Assigning tasks to carry out military technical foreign affairs work in 2023

Yesterday, December 29, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command assigned the task of implementing military technical foreign affairs in 2023. Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Thieu Dang Anh chaired the conference.

To effectively implement the military foreign affairs content according to the 2023 plan, the Provincial Military Command has proposed that the Commander of Military Region 4 decide to establish a working group of 15 officers and technical staff of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command to perform the task of assisting the technical force of the Savannakhet Provincial Military Command in maintaining and repairing technical equipment and vehicles in 2023. At the same time, it will guide the arrangement of weapons and equipment in warehouses and gun cabinets; the registration and statistical management of technical equipment.

Speaking at the assignment, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Thieu Dang Anh emphasized: Carrying out military technical diplomacy this time is to concretize and well implement the policies of the two Parties, the policies of the two States on foreign affairs, the Protocol between the two Ministries of National Defense on aid cooperation, helping the military technical forces of Laos gradually grasp the technological process of preserving, maintaining, and repairing weapons and equipment, military vehicles, armored vehicles, etc.

At the same time, units are required to promote the sense of responsibility of each officer and employee of the working group. Strictly comply with military discipline and regulations on military foreign affairs; ensure absolute safety of people and technical equipment.
