Salary for teachers has been arranged

On April 15, Mr. Le Van Phuc, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa District (Thanh Hoa), said that the district has issued a decision to arrange salaries for hundreds of teachers according to the time of social insurance payment.

Hundreds of teachers in Thanh Hoa province who were owed salaries and "forgotten" to be paid their salaries have had their rights guaranteed.

These are the teachers whose rights were "forgotten" when they were recruited as civil servants many years ago, and according to regulations, they must be paid from the date of recruitment, but the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa District did not do so.

Previously, as Thanh Nien reported, in the period 2018 - 2024, 191 teachers in Hoang Hoa district were recruited as civil servants, but the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district did not rearrange teachers' salaries and seniority allowances according to the provisions of law, causing teachers' rights to be affected and disadvantaged.

After Thanh Nien Newspaper reported, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a directive document, assigning Thanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs to urgently clarify the content of the report about 191 teachers whose salaries were "forgotten" by Hoang Hoa District People's Committee, and at the same time handle violations if any.

Contract teachers under Decree 111 have received their salaries.

In addition to arranging salaries for 191 teachers in Hoang Hoa district, recently, Thanh Hoa provincial authorities have also paid salaries from January to March to thousands of teachers who signed labor contracts under Decree 111/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 in the whole province.

Previously, as Thanh Nien reported, from January to early April, thousands of teachers who signed labor contracts under Decree 111 in Thanh Hoa province were owed wages. After that, the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee decided to allocate nearly 53 billion VND to pay teachers' salaries.

After receiving the decision on salary and wage arrangement, many teachers sent their thanks to Thanh Nien Newspaper for reporting on the shortcomings in implementing the regime and policies for teachers so that the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province could direct the authorities to implement according to regulations.
