Giong Rieng completed construction of 145 solidarity houses

Commencement of construction of solidarity house for near-poor households in Hoa Hung commune (Giong Rieng).

Each house has a total construction cost of 65-70 million VND; of which, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Kien Giang Province supports 60 million VND/house, the locality mobilizes support of 5 million VND/house, the rest is contributed by the family. The police and military forces of Hoa Hung commune and the volunteer team repairing bridges, roads, and Cao Dai houses of Hoa Hung commune support labor days.

Up to now, the whole district of Giong Rieng has completed the construction of 145 solidarity houses, achieving the 2025 plan target.
