Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam affirmed: The draft documents have been carefully and methodically prepared, and are the crystallization of the intelligence and creativity of the entire Party, people and army.

In the process of preparing for the feedback, the Central Youth Union channels organized more than 900 online and in-person conferences, recording about 70,000 comments from union members and youth through the chatbot system. The conference recorded many profound and multi-dimensional comments from typical delegates representing many different fields.

At the conference, Master, Doctor Do Doan Bach (Cardiovascular Institute, Bach Mai Hospital, Outstanding Young Vietnamese Face of 2021) mentioned the medical field in the new era. He believes that implementing comprehensive and inclusive digital transformation will ensure access for all classes of people, thereby improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.

In order to further promote the role of young doctors, Dr. Bach proposed 5 key groups of solutions: Removing obstacles and investing in preventive medicine, family medicine, and grassroots medicine; developing high-quality medical resources; self-sufficiency in medical equipment production; comprehensive digital transformation; and innovating financial mechanisms for health care associated with mobilizing social resources.
Journalist Phan Linh (Nhan Dan Newspaper) proposed to supplement the content of comprehensive innovation in the education of the young generation in the direction of shifting from one-way education to practical education, with dialogue, acceptance and listening to the opinions of young people. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the empowerment of young people to encourage the mindset of "dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility".

Representing the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals, Dr. Pham Huy Hieu, Deputy Director of the Office of Research and Innovation (VinUni University) made recommendations related to the promotion of talents and educational innovation, considering this a "breakthrough" that determines the future of the nation.
According to Dr. Pham Huy Hieu, in the age of knowledge, scientific and technological talent is the “number one scarce resource”. To retain and attract talent, policies must focus on competitive remuneration, a modern research environment, respect for academic freedom; and consider scientists as the “core value” of the nation, worthy of being honored and protected.
Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam acknowledged the profound and responsible opinions of the delegates and said that the Central Youth Union will synthesize the opinions into a report and send it to the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
