Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of January 13, Ha Nam Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

Authorized by the Minister of Public Security , Colonel To Anh Dung, Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police, presented the decision on appointing Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien - Head of Phu Ly City Police to hold the position of Deputy Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel To Anh Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police announced and presented the Decision on appointing Senior Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien - Head of Phu Ly City Police to the position of Deputy Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel To Anh Dung congratulated Senior Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien on being honored to be trusted and assigned a new task by the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security; at the same time, he emphasized that Senior Colonel Do Thi Thu Hien is a cadre with basic training, has worked in many positions and matured from the grassroots, has a strong political stance and good moral qualities.
