At the announcement ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Ha Nam Provincial Police announced and presented the decision on reappointment of Colonel Le Van Tuan to the position of Deputy Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel To Anh Dung, Director of the Provincial Police, highly appreciated the contributions of Colonel Le Van Tuan in the past time, and hoped that he would continue to uphold his sense of responsibility, promote his qualities, capacity, and intelligence, and join the Party Committee and leaders of the Ha Nam Provincial Police to unite, lead, and direct the Provincial Police force to excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security, and People.
