An accommodation facility in Hanoi ranked 16th in the top 25 best hotels in the world in 2023 voted by Tripadvisor.
Considered a quiet oasis in the heart of bustling Hanoi , La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa is the only representative of Vietnam to be mentioned by Tripadvisor in the top 25 best hotels in the world in 2023. This is the first time a hotel has been honored in this category. In 2022, a hotel in Hanoi also made it into the top 25.
The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, a few steps from famous tourist attractions such as The Huc Bridge, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. With a boutique design, this 48-room hotel opened in 2019, with prices ranging from 2 to 4 million VND.

This year's winner is Rambagh Palace in the pink city of Jaipur, India. Other Asian hotels in the top 25 include: Ozen Reserve Bolifushi (Maldives), The Ritz-Carlton (Hong Kong), JW Marriott Marquis (Dubai), Padma Resort Ubud (Indonesia).
The top 25 hotels are part of the annual Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Awards. In addition to the world's best, Tripadvisor also ranks the best hotels in the region and country. The categories are announced in turn at the end of May. The voting period is 12 months (from the time of announcement).
Rankings are based on the number of votes from a team of experts and visitors. Reviewers must have real-life experiences. Feedback and star ratings must be published on the website and cannot be deleted or edited after commenting.
The voting criteria are based on the hotel's location (easy access, size, surrounding scenery), cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and whether the price corresponds to what the guest receives.
