At the conference, officers from Fire and Rescue Team No. 13 disseminated legal regulations related to the declaration and updating of data on fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue as stipulated in Government Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025; and the procedures for equipping and connecting fire alarm transmission devices to the national database system on fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue.
These are important legal regulations aimed at improving the effectiveness of state management, ensuring timely and accurate information for command, control, and handling of fire and explosion incidents and accidents; and at the same time, providing conveniences to detect fire and explosion incidents early, minimizing damage to people and businesses when fires and explosions occur.
The leader of Fire and Rescue Team No. 13 emphasized that all facilities under fire safety management must be responsible for declaring and updating their information into the fire safety and rescue database system's declaration software and transmitting fire alarms after the database system installation is completed, and are responsible for the accuracy of the declared information.
Officers from Fire and Rescue Team No. 13 guided the procedures for reporting, periodically updating, checking, comparing, and verifying data on the system; exchanged information, answered questions, provided guidance on handling specific situations, and outlined methods of coordination between units, establishments, and the Fire and Rescue Police force and the People's Committee of the ward to ensure synchronized, unified, and effective implementation. This helped heads of establishments understand the procedures and easily carry out reporting and updating information as required.
In addition, the unit also disseminated regulations regarding the deadline for declaring and updating information of facilities from the date the facility completes the equipping and connection of fire alarm transmission equipment to the database system on fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and fire alarm transmission.
If an establishment changes its information compared to the previously declared information, it must complete updating the changed information in the Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue Database system and transmit the fire alarm within the prescribed timeframe.
This is a new development for all facilities, a very important task that contributes to improving the effectiveness of state management, and plays a crucial role in preventing and promptly handling any potential fire or explosion hazards.
