The Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board has opened a hotline and Zalo channel to receive feedback on infrastructure problems for timely resolution.

This afternoon (March 14), the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board announced a hotline number and Zalo OA page to receive information from people related to traffic infrastructure and traffic lights in the city.

Specifically, the hotline number of the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board is 1900969672 (service fee 1,000 VND/minute); Zalo OA page is the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board. The hotline and Zalo page will start operating from 6:00 a.m. on March 17, 2025, operating 24/7.

The Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board affirms its readiness to receive and process all information of public concern related to road traffic infrastructure and traffic lights (including inadequacies in traffic organization; damage to traffic infrastructure, traffic lights...) in the city.
