On October 22, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinated with the People's Committee of Tu Liem Ward to organize the opening of the Week of consulting, introducing and promoting the consumption of OCOP products, craft villages, and safe agricultural and food products in 2025.

The week of consulting, introducing and promoting the consumption of OCOP products, craft villages, and safe agricultural and food products in 2025 took place from October 22 to 26, 2025 at The Zei Apartment Complex (Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi City).
The week has 50 booths with more than 500 OCOP products, craft villages, safe agricultural products and food from entities from communes and wards of Hanoi and 14 provinces and cities across the country. Many products are sold at preferential prices to attract consumers.
Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi New Rural Development Program Coordination Office Ngo Van Ngon emphasized that the week is extremely important, an opportunity to help OCOP entities connect with trade, promote brands, and promote trade.
Residents of apartments and urban areas have the opportunity to access OCOP products and safe agricultural products.
Through the week, Hanoi hopes to continuously improve the productivity and quality of OCOP products, craft villages and especially the capacity of the subjects. This is also an opportunity for consumers to better understand agricultural products and food of Hanoi and many provinces and cities to pay attention to and use.
According to statistics from the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, from 2019 to present, the city has evaluated and classified 3,463 OCOP products with 3 stars or more; the leading locality in the country.
Hanoi is also known as the “land of hundreds of crafts”, accounting for 40% of traditional craft villages in the country. Craft villages generate an average revenue of billions of dong each year; increasingly contributing positively to rural economic development, improving people’s lives, and building new rural areas…
