Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on the list of “The World's Best Cities”

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are two destinations on the list of "The World's Best Cities".

This is the Telegraph Travel Awards 2025, organized by the Telegraph (UK). In this list, Hanoi ranked 31/105, considered a dynamic city with a cultural beauty that blends tradition and modernity, along with architectural works that blend East and West.

Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City ranked 77/105, a vibrant destination with skyscrapers and modern shopping centers.

This year, the Telegraph Travel Awards 2025 attracted the participation of around 20,000 readers.

Previously, in February this year, the 2025 Traveler's Choice Awards Best of the Best Destinations of the world's leading online travel platform Tripadvisor also honored the capital Hanoi in 3 world-leading categories: Top 25 World's Leading Cultural Destinations (ranked 2nd), Top 25 World's Leading Destinations (ranked 7th) and the special category Top 25 Most Favorite Destinations of All Time.
