Hai Duong starts construction and opens technical traffic of 3 key projects to celebrate 50 years

Accordingly, the two projects that started construction are: AEON Hai Duong Commercial Center and the Provincial Road 394B Construction Investment Project, Hai Duong Province (the section connecting Provincial Road 395 to the North-South axis, Thanh Mien District). Technical traffic opening of the East-West Axis Road Construction Investment Project, Hai Duong Province.

The AEON Hai Duong Commercial Center project has a scale of 3.5 hectares in Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward (Hai Duong city). The project has a total investment of 1,170 billion VND, with an operating period of 50 years. The project is expected to be implemented from February 2025, completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2026, but is currently behind schedule by more than 1 month. Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd. is the project investor.

The Provincial Road 394B Construction Investment Project, Hai Duong Province (the section connecting Provincial Road 395 to the North-South axis, Thanh Mien District) is invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and implemented in Binh Giang and Thanh Mien Districts. The total length of the route is over 6.7 km, the scale of a grade II plain road, including intersections and service roads. The total investment is over 1,200 billion VND.

The East-West Axis Road Construction Investment Project in Hai Duong province has a total route length of nearly 36.5 km.

The East-West Axis Road Construction Investment Project in Hai Duong province is being implemented in the districts of Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Thanh Ha. The total length of the route is nearly 36.5 km, the scale of a level III plain road. The total investment of the project is nearly 1,800 billion VND, with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor.

The groundbreaking and opening ceremony took place simultaneously across the country on the morning of April 19, with connecting points in the province connecting online with the main point of Passenger Terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City).

The groundbreaking ceremony also aims to effectively implement Official Dispatch No. 33/CD-TTg dated April 7, 2025, No. 38/CD-TTg dated April 16, 2025 of the Prime Minister and Official Dispatch No. 09/CD-BXD dated April 15, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction on organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for works and projects to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
