Hundreds of people searched, still no trace of missing young man in Nha Trang

Three days after his disappearance, authorities have yet to find any trace of the young man who climbed Hoang Nguu Son Mountain (Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa).

On August 7, the search for the missing victim NBKC (22 years old) continued with the coordination of officers and soldiers from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, Nam Nha Trang Ward Police and some mountain climbers who guide tourists in areas of Hoang Nguu Son Mountain.

Despite efforts to search in areas around the mountain, due to the complex and rugged terrain with many high cliffs and dangerous deep gullies, the search encountered many difficulties.

By late afternoon of August 7, four days after the young man went climbing, there was still no information about the victim's whereabouts.

The leader of Nam Nha Trang ward said that from August 5 until now, more than 100 people have participated in searching for the victim.

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , on August 4, Mr. C. went climbing Hoang Nguu Son mountain alone and went missing at 6:00 p.m. the same day.

The victim's family tried to contact him, but at first C.'s cell phone kept ringing but there was no answer. The last call rang at 2:36 a.m. on August 5.

Authorities mobilized forces to search for Mr. C. from the evening of August 5, using flycams and search dogs.
