English Primary & Junior Achievers 2025 Competition Award Ceremony
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Minh Tien - Deputy General Director of Ocean Edu affirmed: "The English Primary and Junior Competition is not only an academic playground for primary and secondary school students, but also a place for them to express their passion, courage and confidence in using English - a global language, an important tool for the future integration journey".

Prestigious, national language playground
For many years, English Primary & Junior Achievers has become the largest annual English competition organized by Ocean Edu, with the support of hundreds of schools nationwide. In 2025, the competition returned with an expanded scale, standardized test according to the international framework, attracting tens of thousands of students from grades 3 to 8 to register to participate. This is an exciting playground, where "young" talents have the opportunity to demonstrate their English ability and knowledge.
Participating in “English Primary & Junior Achievers 2025”, candidates who are students must go through 3 rounds to comprehensively test 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing according to international standard exam questions. Including: Round 1 - GENERAL ENGLISH TEST is a preliminary round held at the school, candidates participate in the 3 skills test Reading/Writing/Grammar. Round 2 - ENGLISH COMPETITION is held at Ocean Edu's branch and finds excellent candidates to participate in the national final round. Round 3 - BE A CHAMPION National Final is an English speaking contest with current international topics.
Be A Champion - Stage of critical thinking and global citizenship
In the final round, the contestants entered the English speaking competition, presenting their personal views on the topics “Does the Internet make us smarter or lazier?” and “How is AI – Artificial Intelligence changing the world ?”. Their sharp presentations, clear language and confident demeanor completely conquered the judges and the audience.
"We see not only language ability, but also maturity in thinking, independence in viewpoints and sensitivity to global issues of the Vietnamese student generation." Mr. John Paul - Training Director of Ocean Edu - Head of the contest's jury shared.
Each speech also contains the students' own perspective, way of thinking, and actions to master the positive values of the Internet and artificial intelligence (AI) and limit the negative values that the Internet and AI can bring in the current explosive context. The speech contest showed the image of a generation of dynamic, knowledgeable Vietnamese students who dare to boldly express their opinions on major issues of humanity.
At the end of the final round, the Organizing Committee of the contest "English Primary & Junior Achievers 2025" honored the best candidates:
First Prize in Primary School: Contestant Nguyen Bao Minh Phuong, from Ocean Edu Ninh Binh
First Prize in Secondary School: Contestant Pham Thi Minh Chau, from Ocean Edu Thanh Ha
Along with the “Be A Champion” Gold Cup, the students received a 100% scholarship for an English course with a native teacher, a place to participate in the “Make Your Summer Great” summer camp, cash prizes, certificates and many gifts from Ocean Edu. In addition, dozens of Second, Third and Fourth prizes were also awarded with scholarships and valuable gifts. The total prize value of the Competition is more than 80 billion VND.
