Krong Nang District People's Council: Approved Resolution on adjusting land use planning to 2030

At the meeting, delegates focused on reviewing and discussing reports and submissions of the District People's Committee, the appraisal report of the Economic - Social Committee proposing to issue a Resolution on approving the adjustment of land use planning to 2030 of Krong Nang district.

Accordingly, there are 2 indicators changed compared to the provincial level allocation: land for perennial crops, the provincial level allocated 40,369.36 ha, the district level determined 39,985.60 ha (383.76 ha lower); the reduction is to switch to land types of irrigation land, key traffic works and some other indicators.

Land index for public service headquarters, provincial level allocates 100.34 ha, district level determines 11.90 ha; reduced according to the project of merging commune-level administrative units, no district-level administrative units are organized.

The delegates also agreed to adjust and supplement a number of contents compared to the Resolution of the District People's Council. Adjust rural residential land from 1,838.31 ha to 1,807.97 ha (down 30.34 ha); urban residential land from 215.71 ha to 174.48 ha (down 41.23 ha); land for building agency headquarters from 100.34 to 11.90 ha (down 88.44 ha); land for building public works from 177.83 ha to 129.04 ha (down 48.79 ha); land used for public purposes from 3,402.38 ha to 2,974.11 ha (down 428.27 ha).

Speaking at the closing session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council Y Bion Nie emphasized: Through the adjustment of land use planning to allocate land reasonably, for the right purpose, use economically, and effectively; establish a legal corridor for land recovery, allocation, change of land use purpose, conversion, and transfer of land use rights in the district in the following years.

At the same time, specifically determine the area of ​​land used for agricultural and non-agricultural purposes that have been allocated in the provincial land use planning, and propose land allocation to meet the requirements of socio-economic development and ensure national defense and security for each commune.

With the spirit of urgency, responsibility and democracy, the meeting completed the proposed contents. 100% of the district People's Council delegates unanimously approved the draft Resolution on adjusting the land use planning to 2030 of Krong Nang district.
