In the 2024-2025 school year, theeducation sector has achieved positive results in key educational activities. At the National High School Excellence Exam, Dak Lak province achieved the highest result ever, ranking 16th nationwide, continuing to maintain its leading position among provinces in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions (winning 72 prizes; including 2 First prizes).

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai and Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan awarded certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training to students who won high prizes in the 2024-2025 school year.

In particular, Dak Lak province has 4 students selected by the Ministry of Education and Training to participate in the National Team Selection Exam to compete in the 2025 International and Regional Olympics; in which Vo Thanh Hai (grade 12 IT major, Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted) was selected by the Ministry of Education and Training to be in the national team to compete in the Asia- Pacific Informatics Olympiad.

At the National Science and Technology Research Competition for Secondary and High School Students in the 2024-2025 school year, Dak Lak students won 2 Second Prizes and 1 Promising Prize with creative projects. The project "Research on some products from K'nia seeds - A Gift from the Great Forest" excellently won the Third Prize nationwide at the 7th Student Startup Idea Competition in 2025...
