At the launching ceremony, the organizing committee announced 3 decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on the establishment of 3 women's clubs for collecting recycled waste, including: Women's Club for collecting recycled waste to protect the environment in Phu Hoa district with 40 members from the communes of Hoa An, Hoa Thang, Hoa Dinh Dong, Hoa Dinh Tay, Hoa Hoi and Phu Hoa town; Women's Club for collecting recycled waste to protect the environment in Hoa Hiep Bac ward (Dong Hoa town) with 30 members; Women's Club for collecting recycled waste to protect the environment in Tuy Hoa city with 50 members from the wards of Phu Lam, Phu Thanh, Phu Dong.
According to the establishment decisions, the Provincial Women's Union assigned the Women's Unions of Phu Hoa, Dong Hoa and Tuy Hoa City localities to be responsible for guiding and urging the Women's Clubs for collecting recyclable waste to protect the environment to develop regulations for organizing club activities; organize propaganda and mobilization activities to raise awareness and skills in classifying, collecting recyclable waste and protecting the environment for members; support the activities of the clubs and enhance the role of women in environmental protection.

According to GreenHub, the establishment of these clubs is to implement the work package of Capacity building and cooperation of non-public waste collection women in Phu Yen . At the launching ceremony, GreenHub coordinated with a number of units to support the clubs, members of the Women's clubs collecting recyclable waste to protect the environment with labor protection equipment including boots, gloves, protective clothing, notebooks, etc.

GreenHub also incorporates training to raise awareness and capacity of women recycling collectors. Environmental experts have recognized the role of women recycling collectors in protecting the environment, contributing to the development of the circular economy , and promoting equity in access to resources and support policies.

Experts also analyzed the extended responsibility of producers and their opportunities to participate in the recycling value chain; labor safety principles to protect health, prevent risks, improve working conditions, etc.
