The Chief of Naval Region 4 Command offered incense at the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial.

Delegates reviewed the Gac Ma incident that took place on March 14, 1988; expressed gratitude to the heroes and martyrs who fought bravely to protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

Delegates observed a minute of silence before the souls of heroes and martyrs.

On the same day, the youth of Naval Region 4 organized a Youth Gala to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and the 12th Congress of Naval Region 4 Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. With the theme "Naval Region 4 Youth proudly marching under the Party flag", the program brought the audience unique and impressive art performances.

Through activities to arouse pride among cadres and union members in the glorious traditions of the Party, nation, army, Navy and Naval Region 4.
