Hanoi FC introduces Hendrio in "artist" style

Hendrio Araujo is the star who helped Nam Dinh Blue Steel win the LPBank V-League 2023/24. However, he is not in the plan of the Southern team in the 2024/25 season and had to leave in the middle of the season.

With his proven talent, Hendrio was immediately sought after by a series of V-League giants. Finally, the 30-year-old midfielder decided to join Hanoi FC. After negotiations, the two sides announced the agreement today. Hendrio signed a 3-year contract with Hanoi FC, starting from the 2025/26 season.

Hanoi FC became Hendrio's third club in the V-League. Previously, this midfielder played for Quy Nhon Binh Dinh and Thep Xanh Nam Dinh . He is famous for his skillful left foot and high creativity. At both former teams, Hendrio was a good partner with Nguyen Xuan Son in attack.

Hendrio is now eligible for Vietnamese citizenship. Many sources say he will take the name Do Quang Hen when he officially becomes a Vietnamese citizen. The 30-year-old midfielder himself has also publicly expressed his desire to contribute to the “Golden Star Warriors” like Nguyen Xuan Son.

Sharing after signing a contract with Hanoi FC, Hendrio said: “Personally, I feel like a conqueror. I came to Hanoi because this is a team with a clear plan and great ambition. I came with the desire to contribute, assert myself and conquer titles with the team.”
