(Dan Tri) - Since the beginning of the year, in Dong Hoi city ( Quang Binh ), there have been about 400 applications for tutoring. Most of these cases have been granted business registration certificates.
On March 3, Mr. Hoang Dinh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Finance and Planning Department of Dong Hoi City, said that since January, about 400 people have registered to teach extra classes in the area. Most of the cases of registration for extra classes have been granted business registration certificates.
According to Mr. Tuan, after people submit their application, they will have 3 days for the department to process and issue the certificate. Recently, due to the sudden increase in applications, the unit's staff had to work overtime to process the procedures for individuals to register.
"On peak days, we receive dozens of registration files for tutoring activities. In the past few days, due to the organization arrangement, the processing system is under maintenance. The backlog of files will be resolved soon when the system is back up and running," said Mr. Tuan.
Recently, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province requested the Departmentof Education and Training to coordinate with relevant agencies to urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue new regulations on extra teaching and learning, ensuring compliance with reality and strict management requirements in the current period.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in Quang Binh are also assigned the responsibility of closely directing general education institutions in the area to strictly implement regulations on extra teaching and learning, and strictly handle violations.
