Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Vo Thi Minh Duyen emphasized that the department is coordinating with relevant departments, branches and sectors to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue regulations on extra teaching and learning in the province in accordance with the actual conditions when operating a two-level local government. Therefore, localities and educational institutions need to closely follow Circular 29 to implement; effectively organize teaching and learning at school, gradually improve the quality of education at each educational institution, and contribute to the overall success of the education sector in the province.
