The inspection industry commends and rewards typical advanced models.

At the end of August 2025, the Provincial Inspectorate organized the first Advanced Model Conference (2020 - 2025). The conference focused on summarizing and evaluating the results and effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements since the Advanced Model Conference of the previous period, pointing out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; proposing directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and commendation work in the period of 2025 - 2030.

Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Inspectorate has launched many emulation movements, typically: Emulation to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term; emulation to achieve achievements to welcome the Party cell congresses towards the Provincial Inspectorate Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term and celebrate the 50th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh 's Testament; emulation to welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021 - 2026 term; emulation movement "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture" for the period 2019 - 2025; emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023).

Emulation movements to carry out the political tasks of the industry have been focused on, achieving many positive results, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province. Regarding inspection, 866 cases have been deployed and completed, detecting violations, recommending the collection of nearly 156 billion VND to the budget, recovering 139 billion VND; recommending administrative handling of 609 collectives, 2,115 individuals, transferring 13 cases, with 24 subjects to the investigation agency. Proactively advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to verify, conclude, and recommend the settlement of 246 complaints and denunciations, reaching 100%; synthesizing and monitoring 140/141 decisions that have come into legal effect of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Focus on advising on resolving pressing issues, mass complaints, complicated complaints that have lasted for many years, combined with strengthening the supervision and inspection of the implementation of legally effective settlement decisions. Up to now, the situation of complaints in the province has been relatively stable, the number of complaints has decreased significantly.

Regarding the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, the inspection sector advised on concretizing the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees, issued 231 related documents; guided the annual declaration of assets and income and received declarations of assets and income of people with declaration obligations in 55 agencies, organizations and units; developed verification plans, organized verification and issued conclusions on the verification of assets and income of 254 people with declaration obligations in 61 agencies and units; coordinated with units and localities to advise on effective implementation of solutions to prevent corruption, especially the disclosure of activities, promulgation of regulations on norms, standards, job position transfers, etc. Through inspection activities, 13 cases with signs of law violations were transferred to the investigation agency to continue clarifying.

The work of synthesizing, reforming administration, organizing cadres, emulation and commendation has been carried out quite well, promptly advising on the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports on inspection work to serve the direction and administration of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Government Inspectorate . The quality of the reports meets the requirements, reflecting the operation situation of the inspection in the whole province in each period; the tasks of administrative reform are carried out in a guaranteed manner; the organization of the inspection apparatus is timely perfected to operate effectively and efficiently; emulation movements are promoted and have a wide spread.

With their continuous dedication and contributions, in the period of 2020 - 2025, collectives and individuals of the Provincial Inspectorate were honored to receive many emulation titles and forms of commendation, specifically: 2 certificates of merit from the Prime Minister, 2 emulation flags from the Government; 89 certificates of merit from the Government Inspector General and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, 4 provincial-level emulation flags, 3 provincial-level emulation fighters, 65 grassroots emulation fighters, 28 collectives recognized as excellent labor collectives, 56 collectives and 221 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Inspectorate.

Deputy Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Van Nam launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030, calling on all civil servants and employees in the agency to actively respond to the emulation movement, constantly strive to excellently complete assigned tasks in the areas of inspection, public reception, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption and negativity; lead and direct the implementation of emulation and reward movements well to ensure that the movements are built with the right purpose, requirements, practicality and effectiveness; continue to promote the implementation of the 4th Central Resolution on Party building and rectification associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, building a clean and strong unit.
