From there, promptly propose solutions to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies when difficulties and problems arise.

Enterprises need to proactively monitor and regularly update information and market situations to have appropriate production and business plans and response plans; comply with trade regulations, and conduct business responsibly and sustainably. At the same time, they need to be cautious with input materials, especially from large tax-imposed countries to avoid the risk of being investigated for origin fraud or tax evasion.

In addition, businesses need to have plans to diversify markets, products and supply chains, and prioritize exploiting opportunities from markets where Vietnam is negotiating or has signed bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements to have plans to boost exports.
