Awarding decisions on salary increase and military rank promotion for 153 professional soldiers in 2025

At the conference, the Provincial Border Guard Command announced and presented decisions of the Border Guard Commander on salary increase, seniority allowance increase beyond the regular framework; salary increase ahead of schedule and promotion of military rank for 153 comrades.

Of these, 32 comrades received salary increases before their term, 121 comrades received regular salary increases according to regulations; 54 comrades were promoted.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tong congratulated the soldiers who received the decision to increase their salary and promote their ranks this time. He asked the officers and soldiers to continue to promote their sense of responsibility, solidarity, practice hard, strive to complete their assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive unit, worthy of the title "Model, typical" of the Border Guard force.
