The "Miss" pear contest aims to find the most beautiful pears of the gardeners. The garden owner whose pear is the heaviest and most beautiful will be honored as "Miss" pear this year. To be honored as "Miss" pear is a whole journey of hard work for the grower. Ms. May Sieu, the owner of a pear garden that won "Miss" pear in Nam Pung commune, Bat Xat district, shared: "I just fertilize properly, screw the branches evenly, and provide enough water. My garden not only creates water channels above the tree canopy, but also creates water channels along the path. Next year, I will focus on taking care of the pears and fertilizing the trees properly so that next year the fruit will be more beautiful than this year."
