As a native of Nghe An , artist Ngo Xuan Khoi deeply understands the hardships and difficulties of human life amidst the dangers of natural disasters, so when faced with the news of severe floods in the South Central provinces, he did not hesitate to contribute his efforts and join the whole country in supporting the people in the flood zone. By 10 p.m. on November 24, the collector had paid 6.5 million VND for the painting, transferred directly to the account of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - Central Relief Mobilization Committee.

At the same time, artist Nguyen Manh Hung (Hung Ro) also spread the message "Towards the people of Central Vietnam! Hang paintings and do charity work". He posted 3 paintings for sale and affirmed that all proceeds from the sale of the paintings will be sent to Central Vietnam, successful buyers will contact the local rescue organization, the process is public and guaranteed by experienced community developers.

The precious sentiments of the artists have contributed to lighting up the warm colors of compatriots in times of trouble. Artist Ho Hung (from Nghe An) - a professional watercolor artist - shared emotionally: "I would like to connect with collectors, loving hearts, we are lucky to go and paint our homeland Vietnam in peaceful moments, now when our compatriots in the Central region are mourning because of storms and floods, we would like to send these wonderful moments in each watercolor work of the group of artists from the North, Central and South, hoping to contribute a small part in time to our compatriots...".

The paintings contributed by artists to the "charity project" of artist Ho Hung are all outstanding and unique works; they proactively adjusted the prices of the paintings to be suitable in the hope of reaching buyers soon, quickly having funds to send to compatriots in times of difficulty.

After only 1 day of sharing information, many artists asked to send more paintings. Artists Ngo Thanh Hai, Doan Quoc, Hoang Dung, Nguyen Hong Quan, Binh Chu, Cuong Nguyen, Dinh Quang Hai, Hoang Lam, Phan Anh Thu, Vo Hai, Trang Bui... and many other names, have affirmed the role and significance of artists in special moments of the country. The value of art in special times

The artist, with his mastery of colors, has proven that art, when placed in the right place and at the right time, can create a widespread impact. Auctions and fundraising activities in the context of natural disasters show that art is not excluded from social issues.

The valuable thing is that each artist comes to the activity with a voluntary attitude, no one cares about name, reputation or gain or loss. For them, this is an opportunity for the work to have a new life, more useful, more practical. For the buyer, this is a way to own a valuable work of art and contribute to a great, meaningful purpose.

It can be said that the value of a painting lies not only in its composition, lines or materials, but also in its ability to create concrete changes in life. When a work of art is transformed into relief gifts, corrugated iron sheets to reroof a house, or new desks and chairs in a flooded classroom, its value goes beyond the aesthetic.

The paintings are not only beautiful through the visual perspective, but also more beautiful because of the heart of the creator; and for collectors and art lovers, when looking at those special paintings, they will surely have more profound feelings to add to their aesthetic sense.

Each painting that reaches the buyer, each successful auction is an affirmation that art is always closely connected to the rhythm of existential life. The consensus of artists, collectors, art lovers, philanthropists... has spread humanity - the core of art, and who knows, it is activities like this that will help the Vietnamese art market become more and more connected to life.

The South Central region will recover from the natural disaster, like the strong colors covering the picture of life after the flood. And even though it is only a small part, the paintings are going beyond the exhibition rooms, beyond the easels, and have been contributing to repainting the color of hope for that land.
