Complete Gia Loc 220kV transmission line and transformer station project before June 30

The above information was provided by a representative of Song Da Construction and Service Joint Stock Company ( Hanoi ) - the contractor for the construction of the 220kV Gia Loc transformer station.

The Gia Loc 220kV transmission line and transformer station project is invested by the Northern Power Corporation with a total cost of 494 billion VND.

The construction of the 220kV line has completed the erection of all 19 electric poles, pulled the wire in 9/14 anchors, and is constructing 1 anchor. Currently, the contractor is completing procedures to apply for a permit to pull the wire across the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway and 1 anchor with land that has not been handed over in Gia Xuyen commune ( Hai Duong city).

The Northern Power Corporation strives to complete and put the project into operation before June 30. The completed project will ensure stable power supply for the province, especially for new industrial parks and clusters in Gia Loc, Thanh Mien, Binh Giang, Cam Giang districts, Hai Duong city...

To ensure progress, the contractor mobilized all human and material resources, divided into "3 shifts, 4 teams", working throughout the holidays.

The 220kV power poles being built will bring new power sources to Hai Duong.

The 220kV Gia Loc transformer station and power line put into use and exploitation will contribute significantly to ensuring electricity supply for Hai Duong province and neighboring areas from this year's hot season.
