In recent years, the Provincial Party Committee Office has joined with cadres, party members and people in Linh Phu commune (Chiem Hoa) to organize many meaningful, practical and creative activities. These activities have strengthened the close relationship between cadres, party members and people, through practical and meaningful actions in implementing Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style of being close to the people, respecting the people and serving the people.

Closely connected with the base

Comrade Nguyen Van Dung, Party Secretary, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office shared: “In order to effectively perform the task of advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and recognizing the role, significance and importance of activities with cadres, party members and people at the grassroots level, the focus is to be close and practical, recently the Provincial Party Committee Office has had many innovations in activities with cadres, party members and people at the grassroots level; the relationship between cadres and party members of the Provincial Party Committee Office and cadres, party members and people of Linh Phu commune, Chiem Hoa district has become increasingly close and intimate, contributing to the two units successfully completing assigned tasks”.

Since 2022, in the "three together" activities in Linh Phu commune, the Provincial Party Committee Office has been the leading agency in supporting cadres, party members and people here to carry out digital transformation. The Provincial Party Committee Office has assigned IT specialists to go directly to the grassroots level, guiding cadres, party members and people in Linh Phu commune to access and exploit information on the Internet, use online public services, thereby contributing to helping cadres, party members and people update and grasp promptly and fully the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, the socio- economic situation, national security and defense inside and outside the province.

The Provincial Party Committee Office and Linh Phu Commune Party Committee have established a Zalo group "Provincial Party Committee Office and Linh Phu Commune Party Committee" to regularly exchange and share working experiences and promptly inform about the situation of the province in general and Linh Phu commune in particular.

Based on its role, functions and tasks, the Provincial Party Committee Office also guides and exchanges experiences with officials and civil servants of Linh Phu commune on professional and technical matters of archival documents to ensure that document and archival work is carried out in an orderly and correct manner.

In particular, in addition to organizing activities with cadres, party members and people such as participating in cleaning, dredging sewers, drainage ditches, planting flower roads... in villages and hamlets in the commune, in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Office organized source activities for cadres, civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office and cadres, party members and people of Linh Phu commune at the Tan Trao special national relic site; organized a delegation of cadres, party members and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office and Linh Phu commune to visit the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh ; visit the President Ho Chi Minh relic site at the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh Museum on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. This is a landmark activity in the "three together" activities of the Provincial Party Committee Office with cadres, party members and people at the grassroots level.

Through the source activities, it has contributed to educating revolutionary traditions, making cadres and party members more deeply aware of the significance of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, thereby doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization work in the locality.

Comrade Trieu Thi Ngan, Party cell secretary, head of Lung Lue village, Tri Phu commune said: “Recently, I participated in the source-returning activity organized by the Provincial Party Committee Office and Linh Phu commune. I visited the Tan Trao special national relic site, visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; visited the President Ho Chi Minh relic site at the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh Museum. I understood more about Uncle Ho's life and revolutionary career, and I was very moved. This activity is extremely meaningful to me, because after this trip, I feel that I must be even more exemplary in studying and following Uncle Ho to propagate and mobilize party members and people to follow suit.”

Many meaningful social security activities

The "three together" activities of the Provincial Party Committee Office also aim to take care of the material and spiritual life of the people, so they have received high consensus from cadres, party members and people here. The social security activities of cadres, party members and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office have mobilized the participation of many agencies, units and philanthropists, so these activities are becoming increasingly practical and large-scale. In 2022, along with other activities, the Provincial Party Committee Office donated 32 garbage bins to households in 8 villages of Linh Phu commune.

In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with Agribank Tuyen Quang to support the construction of the project "Lighting up the countryside roads" including 15 solar-powered lampposts in Pac Hop village along with banners and national flags worth over 30 million VND. At the same time, they visited and gave gifts to disadvantaged families in Pac Hop village.

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Party Committee Office has coordinated with BIDV Tuyen Quang branch and BIDV My Dinh branch (Hanoi) to give 100 gifts to policy families and families in difficult circumstances in Linh Phu commune. In particular, the Provincial Party Committee Office and coordinating units have supported 70 million VND to build a house of gratitude for Mr. Ma Dinh Lieu's family in Lung Lue village.

Mr. Ma Dinh Lieu is a poor household in Lung Lue village. He is disabled and no longer has the health to work. His wife works in the fields but is often sick. For many years, Mr. Lieu's family has dreamed of having a solid house but has no funds to repair or renovate the house. Now, his family's dream has come true with the support of cadres, party members, civil servants, employees of the Provincial Party Committee Office and benefactors.

Mr. Lieu was moved: “Even in my dreams, I never thought that one day my family would have a spacious house like this. My family has completed the new house and is choosing a date to move in. I am very touched by the affection and care of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Linh Phu Commune and the philanthropists.”

Comrade Phan Thi Nguyet, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Linh Phu commune shared: "The three-together activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office in recent times have greatly encouraged and motivated cadres, party members and people in particularly difficult communes like Linh Phu. Those activities have strengthened the close relationship between provincial agencies and grassroots levels, between cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Provincial Party Committee Office with Linh Phu commune and with the people in the commune. From there, it helps the Party Committee, government, and socio-political organizations of Linh Phu commune successfully implement the Party's policies and resolutions, consolidating the people's trust in the Party".
