The writer born in 1987 also has an excerpt "Goodbye Summer" printed in the Vietnamese textbook 3, volume 1, Connecting knowledge with life. The work "Goodbye Summer" has also been included in the Review and periodic assessment of Vietnamese for grade 4, Creative Horizons, volume 2.
The female writer, who is living and working in Phu Tho, said: "I have been writing for nearly 20 years. During that time, I have had many works published in central and local newspapers and magazines. Some of my works have also been included in exam questions for students, or used as topics for master's theses. But when my work is included in new textbooks, I feel this is a special joy, with the hope that the work will reach many generations of students. I hope that the closeness and liveliness of the work will be happily and enthusiastically received by students. At the same time, I hope that my work will also bring them more interesting feelings about life."

"When I have a work printed in the new textbook, I cannot hide my joy when I think that my children and grandchildren in the family will be able to study the works written by my mother, aunt, and uncle. Not only that, I sometimes receive messages and calls from friends, acquaintances, and readers asking if it is my work. People also send pictures of a lovely child reading 'Picking the Moon on the Mountain Top' or 'Goodbye Summer' in the new textbook," the young female author confided.
"I will definitely visit Ms. Trang's house."
Having her work printed in the new textbook also brought many other warm and emotional memories to writer Vu Thi Huyen Trang. That was a little girl with a very nice name, Tran Doan Bao Ngoc, studying in class 3C, Nguyen Trai Primary School, Cu Mgar District, Dak Lak. Little girl Bao Ngoc did not believe that the author of "Goodbye Summer" in the textbook she was studying was also her mother's high school classmate.
"Bao Ngoc borrowed her mother's Facebook account to send me many voice messages to ask if it was true. When she knew that I was indeed the writer, the author in the book and her mother's friend, she happily bragged to everyone in the village and school. Sometimes she borrowed her mother's phone to text, chat, ask, and invite Trang to visit Dak Lak. She promised that when her mother lets her go back to her hometown to visit her grandparents, "she will definitely come to visit Trang's house". It is this childish smile and these small joys that motivate me to write more works for children," writer Vu Thi Huyen Trang said emotionally.

Serious work with words
Where does the young writer, 37 years old, who has thousands of published pages, always has abundant writing power and topics full of breath about life, family, love for people, and cultural colors in all regions come from? Is it because Huyen Trang travels continuously, experiences endlessly to create tirelessly? Writer Vu Thi Huyen Trang said that this is a question she often receives from people.
The female author in the new textbook said that after graduating from the Faculty of Writing and Journalism , Hanoi University of Culture, she worked as a journalist for a very short time and then quit to focus on writing. For her, literature is not only a passion but also a daily job. Therefore, she always works seriously and constantly cultivates, learns, and practices her writing.
"Like many other writers, I live and experience, diligently observing life around me..."
"Reading my works, people often think that I have traveled to many places, lived in many lands and experienced many different regional cultures. But in reality, I travel less, especially when I am married and busy with children. Every year, when invited by newspapers, magazines and literary associations to attend writing camps in many regions, I cannot arrange time to attend. Like many other writers, I live and experience, diligently observing the life around me to find creative inspiration and search for good topics. In addition, I learn more about knowledge and regional culture through movies, books... What remains is the imagination of a writer that has brought me to many lands, met many fates and lived many lives to write my works", the author of the new textbook, who wrote "Picking the moon on the mountain top" and "Goodbye summer" in textbooks for 3rd and 4th graders, confided.
