According to the HCM City Social Insurance, the resolution stipulates that all students studying at educational institutions in HCM City are eligible for this support policy.

Therefore, parents are requested to contact the school to resolve the refund or handling of previous collections (if any). The current student health insurance card is valid until the end of 2025. From January 1, 2026, when schools make a list of students participating in health insurance, the central and city budgets will pay 100% of the contribution according to the resolution.
