Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo , based on the annual study theme, each cadre and party member of the Le Loi High School Party Committee has voluntarily registered the content of following Uncle Ho in accordance with the assigned tasks, voluntarily cultivated ethics, clearly demonstrated a sense of responsibility, love for the profession, and awareness of studying to improve professional qualifications. From there, increasingly meeting the requirements of educational innovation, making studying and following Uncle Ho a routine, regular and becoming a criterion for evaluating the quality of party members every year. In particular, each cadre and teacher, especially the heads of Party committees and organizations, are always proactive and voluntarily promoting their exemplary role and sense of responsibility in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, contributing to raising the sense of responsibility of each individual in teaching, studying and training, creating a clear change in the quality of comprehensive education. In addition, the school's Party Committee and Board of Directors regularly direct the integration of learning and following Uncle Ho's ideology, morality, and style into weekly meetings, regular professional activities, and specialized topics.

In order to effectively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Party Committee of Le Loi High School has concretized the contents througheducational activities such as: Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning; implementing the campaign "Each teacher is a model of morality, self-study and creativity", "2 no's"; the movement "Building a friendly school, active students"... At the same time, integrating the content of studying and following Uncle Ho into subjects, integrating into extracurricular educational activities, attracting a large number of students to participate. Through studying and following Uncle Ho, students can practice morality, arouse the spirit of "mutual love", live responsibly with the community, know how to help those in difficult circumstances to excel in studying and practicing to progress together. For each staff member, always uphold the pioneering spirit, be exemplary in performing tasks, innovate teaching methods with many initiatives and experiences, contributing significantly to improving the quality of teaching and learning of the school.

Through studying and following Uncle Ho, the awareness and work of teachers and staff have had many positive changes. Each individual in each position has constantly self-studied and self-trained to improve their professional qualifications and skills; regularly researched and innovated teaching methods, increased the application of information technology in teaching and learning; actively innovated testing and assessment according to the orientation of developing students' capacity... Up to now, 100% of teachers and staff of the school have qualified; of which 39% have above-standard qualifications. In the past 5 years, the school's high school graduation rate has reached over 99%; over 80% have passed the university entrance exam. The school is always in the top 10 high schools with good quality in Thanh Hoa and in the top 200 schools with the highest university entrance exam results nationwide, with many students passing the university entrance exam with the highest scores and second place in the university entrance exam. The quality of the school's provincial cultural excellent student exams is always in the top of the high school block in the whole province. At the provincial cultural subject competition for excellent students in the 2024-2025 school year, Le Loi High School had 50 students participating in the competition, of which 47 students won prizes, including 9 first prizes, 18 second prizes, 15 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes. 8 teams of the school had 100% of students winning prizes and ranked at the top of high schools in the subjects: Geography, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, English, Chemistry, Literature and Informatics. In particular, the Geography team ranked first; the four teams ranked second were: Mathematics, Physics, Biology, English. With outstanding achievements, Le Loi High School was honored to rank first in the province among non-specialized high schools.

With the concretization and skillful application of the learning content, following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, the emulation movements of Le Loi High School have achieved remarkable achievements. Le Loi High School was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal from the President; and was awarded the Emulation Flag and Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, the Minister of Education and Training, and the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
