Through many practical models and actions, Bac Ha district has deeply ingrained learning and following Uncle Ho into social life, thereby increasingly appearing many good practices and valuable experiences in many fields, creating a strong influence in the community.

The clever mass mobilization model "Saturday Golden Hour" built by the Front Committee of Na Quang 3 residential group (Bac Ha town) has become a typical example in implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Families on the same street unanimously choose 1 hour to simultaneously clean, dump trash and beautify the urban area. The model's Management Board regularly collects and receives unused items from households to sell as scrap to contribute to the common fund or calls environmental workers to collect them.

Ms. Pham Thi Lua, Head of the Front Committee of Na Quang 3 residential group, said: The model "Saturday Golden Hour" has been put into operation and achieved substantial results. Every first and fourth Saturday of the month, households simultaneously clean up, creating a competitive atmosphere to build civilized streets.

Pa Chu Ty village, Lung Phinh commune is home to 100% Mong people. Implementing Directive 05, Pa Chu Ty villagers have actively changed their crop structure, agricultural production associated with tourism. Households have also actively eliminated bad customs, built a civilized lifestyle, and focused on maintaining environmental hygiene to welcome tourists.

In 2023, the village welcomed 5,000 tourists . Currently, Pa Chu Ty has 9 hectares of medicinal plants, 4 hectares of temperate fruit trees, 6 hectares of off-season vegetables and high-quality vegetables. The village also has a farm growing and processing kale products, a homestay associated with agricultural experiences, bringing high income to the people; in the village, there are many typical ethnic minority farmers overcoming difficulties to rise up.

Visiting the agricultural development model of Mr. Mai Van Cuong, Nam Cay residential group, Bac Ha town, we went from one surprise to another. The plum growing model is about 6,000 ^m2 wide with more than 200 Tam Hoa plum and Hau plum trees that Mr. Cuong started planting in 2015 and has now been harvested. The plum garden is designed to simulate terraced fields with scientific rows, with a panoramic view of Bac Ha town.

Currently, the plum garden brings in an income of about 100 million VND/year for Mr. Cuong's family. Mr. Mai Van Cuong is also the Director of Bac Ha Tourism Cooperative with 9 members, specializing in making wine and making products from traditional brocade weaving, earning more than 300 million VND/year. He plans to develop the plum garden into an agricultural tourist destination to welcome tourists to visit and experience plum picking in the garden. Mr. Mai Van Cuong's economic development model has inspired many ethnic minority farming households in Bac Ha district.

These are just 3 of dozens of typical individuals and groups learning and following Uncle Ho in Bac Ha district, thereby affirming that the implementation of Directive 05 in Bac Ha has a wide spread, creating a competitive atmosphere from lowland to highland areas, in all fields.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Nga, Standing Deputy Secretary of Bac Ha District Party Committee, said: In order to make studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style a regular, continuous and practical task, Party committees at all levels in the district have directed and thoroughly implemented Directive 05, conclusions and regulations of the Provincial Party Committee in conjunction with resolutions and conclusions on Party building work through specific models and stories that have a widespread impact.

At the same time, direct the organization of serious and quality study of thematic content each year; Party cells, Party committees, agencies and units organize the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle to cadres and Party members.

In 2023, Bac Ha organized 126 relay points for cadres, party members and people to directly monitor, study and research thematic topics with nearly 4,700 party members participating.

In addition, Bac Ha also focuses on doing a good job of praising and promoting typical examples of learning from Uncle Ho. In 2023, Party cells, Party committees, agencies and units commended 46 outstanding collectives and 98 individuals; Bac Ha District Party Committee recognized 30 outstanding collectives and 60 individuals, and proposed the Provincial Party Committee to recognize 16 collectives and 19 individuals...
