( Bqp.vn ) - On the morning of August 16, in Hanoi , the Military Medical Academy held a conference to review the implementation of the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit". Speaking at the opening of the conference, Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Kien said that the Military Medical Academy's mission is to "Train high-quality medical human resources; research in medical science, pharmacy and military medicine; apply and transfer advanced technology; provide professional and standard medical care to meet the needs of protecting and improving the health of soldiers and people". Deeply aware of this mission, the Military Medical Academy has effectively implemented the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit". Thanks to that, the work of protecting and taking care of the health of soldiers is ensured, increasingly meeting the requirements and tasks of training, combat readiness, and building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical" in the new situation.

At the conference, delegates presented valuable speeches, reflecting relatively comprehensively on the practical requirements, objectivity, dialectics and the necessity of implementing the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit" in training and education. Opinions were unanimous that from 2021 to present, the Academy has comprehensively and effectively implemented the contents of the motto implementation plan. The quality of training of cadres of the Academy in recent years has been well evaluated by human resource using units, meeting the output standards according to regulations; meeting the requirements and tasks of the unit and the health care work for soldiers and people. The speeches objectively and practically analyzed the advantages, difficulties and results achieved in organizing the implementation of the motto; at the same time, proposed a number of solutions to continue to effectively implement the motto in the coming time.

In addition, opinions also pointed out some existing problems, difficulties and limitations in the process of implementing the motto, such as: The dissemination and implementation of resolutions and plans to implement the motto in some Party committees and organizations are not regular; the training programs, contents, processes, teaching and learning methods, and assessment and evaluation methods still have some limitations.

Develop processes and tools to assess the quality of examinations and tests; promote scientific research activities associated with training, especially postgraduate training.
