The training course aims to raise awareness among local people about the work of preserving, maintaining and promoting the value of cultural heritage in general, and intangible cultural heritage in particular; improve the skills of playing and singing Ca Tru for some ca tru players and singers at Ca Tru clubs in the province. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for artisans and ca tru artists to exchange and share experiences in preserving and promoting the values of this intangible cultural heritage.

The training course lasted from May 16-23 with 50 students who are art cores, members of Ca Tru clubs from Ba Don, Quang Trach, Minh Hoa and Tuyen Hoa towns.

Through the course, students were informed of many contents, such as: Policies and guidelines of the Party, State and province on preserving and promoting intangible cultural heritage in the community; general introduction to Vietnamese Ca Tru in general, Quang Binh Ca Tru in particular... In addition, excellent artisans, artisans of clubs in districts, towns and lecturers of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communication of Tuyen Hoa district instructed students on performance skills, practicing playing instruments and singing Ca Tru.

At the end of the course, students were awarded a certificate of completion. At the closing ceremony, students performed impressive Ca Tru performances, receiving high praise and appreciation from the organizers and the audience.
