Exhibition fair of typical rural industrial products in the northern region

Attending the opening ceremony were Party Central Committee members: Hau A Lenh, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Industry and Trade.

The 2025 Northern Rural Industrial Products Exhibition Fair takes place from October 16 to 22. The fair has a scale of more than 250 booths with the participation of production establishments, enterprises, cooperatives, and economic organizations from localities inside and outside the province.

The fair aims to introduce and promote to a wide range of consumers OCOP products, typical rural industrial products, and specialty products of Tuyen Quang and other provinces and cities in the northern region.

The fair is also a forum for trade promotion, honoring the creativity, hard work and entrepreneurial spirit of people in the northern provinces. It is an opportunity for localities to introduce and promote their typical products, promote production-consumption-investment linkages, expand markets, promote sustainable consumption; symbolizing the spirit of solidarity, creativity and integration of the northern provinces and cities.

Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh and Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien experienced the booth applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The fair's effectiveness contributes to spreading the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; concretizing the goals of industrial and commercial development according to the general direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Delegates visited and experienced the ancient Shan Tuyet tea booth.

Speaking at the opening of the fair, Mr. Hoang Anh Cuong, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that through this event, he hoped that enterprises, cooperatives, production and trading establishments would proactively promote their brands, introduce products, and at the same time strengthen cooperation, share experiences, link investments, and form production networks according to sustainable value chains, aiming for deeper integration into the international economy.

Comrade Hoang Anh Cuong, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province delivered the opening speech at the fair.

We hope that agencies, organizations and people will continue to prioritize choosing and using domestically produced goods with high quality and beautiful designs, contributing to promoting economic growth, improving competitiveness, and building Tuyen Quang province in particular and the northern provinces in general to develop rapidly and sustainably.
