With a new vision and new thinking, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Tay Mo Ward Party Committee focuses on leading and directing the construction of Tay Mo into a smart ward based on 4 pillars: Culture and people; implementing green transformation, digital transformation, promoting administrative reform associated with building a professional, public, transparent, and people-friendly urban government; synchronous, modern, and smart infrastructure; developing science and technology and innovation.

Realizing this strategic vision, Tay Mo will focus on breakthroughs in developing high-quality human resources; promoting the implementation of truly effective and efficient digital government; developing social infrastructure, smart and modern infrastructure. In particular, the ward focuses on developing green infrastructure, ensuring a sustainable environment in the direction of green, smart, modern and elegant on the basis of effectively implementing the Capital Law 2024.

The pillars of Tay Mo also aim to promote rapid and sustainable growth, contributing to the City's achievement of the double-digit growth target in the 2025 - 2030 period.
