On November 3, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Veterans Association launched a special emulation campaign to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, the Vietnam Veterans Association Congress and the 8th Provincial Veterans Association Congress.

With the theme "Promoting the nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", exemplary - solidarity - innovation - creativity; competing in action, accelerating, breaking through to complete the goals and tasks to achieve achievements to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Congress of the Vietnam Veterans Association and the 8th Congress of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Veterans Association", the emulation campaign aims to promote the strength of solidarity, arouse patriotism, national pride, self-reliance, creative work spirit, exemplary leadership in participating in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security; encourage generations of veterans to uphold the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", strive to compete to achieve practical achievements to welcome the important political events of the country and the province.

Thereby, continuing to innovate, create, improve the quality and effectiveness of the emulation movements "Exemplary war veterans" in the whole association; enhancing the responsibility of the association at all levels and members in preparing and conducting the 8th Provincial War Veterans Association Congress; continuing to affirm the role, position, prestige and contribution of the association and members in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; strengthening the trust of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities at all levels and the whole society in the War Veterans Association.

The emulation period takes place from November 2025 to the end of June 2026, with the main targets: 100% of cadres and members have strong political will, always uphold the nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", the tradition of "Loyalty - Solidarity - Exemplary - Innovation", do not violate the State's laws and regulations of the association; associations at all levels organize congresses on schedule, ensuring quality; 100% of associations at all levels launch special emulation periods; each commune-level war veteran association and branch has 30 or more members registering 1-2 projects, products, and works; 90% of associations complete their tasks well or better, strive to achieve and exceed the key targets and tasks identified in 2025; 100% of associations contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party; 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Veterans Association at all levels have creative ideas and specific, practical actions in response to the emulation movement...
