The Phu Ly Former People's Police Association has just launched the Culture, Arts - Sports Club.
At the launching ceremony, the Phu Ly City Former Police Association announced the decision to establish the Culture, Arts - Sports Club and approved the regulations for organizing the club's activities.
Accordingly, the Executive Board of the Culture, Arts - Sports Club of the Phu Ly City Former Police Officers Association consists of 9 members, headed by Colonel Doan Thi Thai, Vice President of the Association. The members of the Executive Board of the Club are responsible for advising the Standing Board of the Association on cultural, arts, physical education and sports activities to improve the spiritual life and health of members; develop and implement plans, propose measures for movement activities in accordance with the Association's Charter, organize activities on the occasion of the country's anniversaries...
Along with that, actively promote the benefits of cultural, artistic, physical training and sports training to attract a large number of members to participate. The club operates in a self-managed, voluntary manner, contributing funds for activities under the leadership and direction of the Chairman of the Phu Ly City Former Police Association. At the same time, it complies with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and regulations of the People's Public Security Forces and the Vietnam Former Police Association.
The Phu Ly City Former Police Association currently has 12 branches with 354 members. The establishment of the club contributes to improving the quality of cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, improving the health and physical strength of members to live happily, healthily and happily, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong association.
On this occasion, the Phu Ly City Former Police Association organized the awarding of First, Second and Third prizes to the teams with high achievements in the table tennis and badminton sports exchange program held on August 10. This is an activity towards the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the traditional day of the People's Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024).
